Preschool’s Recycling Initiative – in Partnership with the Church & TerraCycle
Caversham Heights Pre-School is proud to work with Caversham Heights Methodist Church and TerraCycle, to provide recycling opportunities for the local community. At present, the following items can be recycled:
- Reckitt Benckiser Hygiene Home products
- Loaf bags
- Ella’s Kitchen pouches and snack packets – baby and children’s food
- Colgate Oral – all brands of toothpaste tubes, brushes and electric heads but not toothpaste pumps
- Garnier – other personal care and beauty brands accepted
- Used batteries – in the foyer near the pigeon holes/table opposite side to the children’s pegs
Anyone, including the general public, can use these recycling facilities and everything that we recycle raises funds for our pre-school.
The drop-off point bins are available with clear signage to the right-hand side of the Preschool’s front door next to the handrail and disabled parking. Please ensure you are careful with the lid when opening the bins – we ask that an adult does this rather than the children.
Please take a moment to read the following posters which detail what can and cannot be collected:
Please ONLY bring items that are listed and ensure they are clean. Thank you!
